- Orders are generally accepted online only. We cannot accept orders by phone or fax. We appreciate your understanding.
- Shipping methods vary by product. Please note that products with different temperature requirements cannot be combined in the same shipment.
Regarding your order
After your order is complete, you cannot change its contents yourself.
If you wish to make changes, please contact us via the inquiry form.
When contacting us, please ensure your "full name," "email address," and "order number" are correct.
Please note that if you wish to change any of the following items, you will need to cancel your order once.

Customers who have already registered can view their order history from My Page.
This service is not available to customers who have not yet registered.
Customers who have already placed an order can easily register by proceeding with the registration process from the order completion screen or order confirmation email, using the information from their order.
Regarding payment
The following payment methods are available:

・Bank transfer
If you wish to pay by credit card in installments, please select the credit card payment option labeled "Lump-sum payment/Installment payment."

Credit Card Payment (Shopify Payments)
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
Only single payments are accepted.
*Please note that we are unable to process installment payments at the time of order.
If you wish to pay in installments, please contact your credit card company directly.
We use an SSL system, so your card number will be sent encrypted. Please be assured of your security.
Google Pay
Google Pay is a smartphone payment service available on Android devices.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is an electronic payment service that allows you to check out from online stores on Safari on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees are set as follows:
Hokkaido / Six Tohoku Prefectures → 900 yen
Other areas → 800 yen
*Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture will be 2300 yen.
*For those living on remote islands, please inquire.
・Customers who spend 8,000 yen or more will receive free standard shipping.
・Customers who spend 6,000 yen or more will receive 50% off standard shipping fees.
・We ship up to 6 items per box.
・Products with different temperature requirements will be shipped separately, regardless of the number of items mentioned above.
*Namazake (unpasteurized sake) is usually shipped at room temperature.
*If you prefer refrigerated shipping, please select "Refrigerated Shipping" at the time of purchase. An additional refrigerated shipping fee will be charged separate from the standard shipping fee.
*Even if shipping is free or half-price, the refrigerated shipping fee will be added separately.

In the shopping cart, you can select the available delivery date and time.
For your preferred delivery time, you can choose from the following options:

Please note that products will be shipped after payment is completed.
Even if you specify a desired delivery date in the cart, if several days pass without completing payment, we may not be able to deliver the product at your requested date and time.
If you specify a desired delivery date, please complete the purchase process as soon as possible after selection.
*If you place an order with "No preference" for the delivery date, we will ship it at the earliest possible time.
*If you use bank transfer, shipping will occur after payment. Depending on the payment date, we may not be able to guarantee delivery at your selected date and time. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
*Due to natural disasters or circumstances of the delivery company, we may not be able to meet your request. Thank you for your understanding.
The method of confirmation varies depending on the shipping status of your order.
Please check the shipping status in your order confirmation email before proceeding with the change.

[How to change after shipping]
The "tracking number" is included in the delivery arrangement completion email, so please contact the delivery company directly.
*Please note that depending on the area, it may not be possible to change the delivery address.
Regarding cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are accepted until your order has been dispatched.
Please confirm the following details and submit your request via our inquiry form:
・The email address used for your order
・The 5-digit order number found in your order confirmation email
If the provided information is insufficient, our staff may contact you to verify your identity.
Please note that due to the nature of food products, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the event of an initial defect, damage, or other faulty product or incorrect delivery of the product or service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns due to customer convenience or cancellations after order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged or faulty, or an incorrect product is delivered, we will exchange it for a new one (or refund your money if the same product is out of stock). Please return the product to us.
・Return period: Within 7 days from the date of arrival of the product.
・Return shipping costs: We will bear the shipping costs for exchanges of defective products or incorrectly delivered products.
