RYUSUISEN Kimoto Alc13 Miyama Nishiki
This sake uses pure subsoil water from the Northern Alps (Kamishirazawa Fuyusui) as its brewing water. Made with the kimoto method, low alcohol content, and a three-stage fermentation process, it achieves a well-balanced harmony of sweetness, dryness, and acidity.
Its light finish and pleasant, lingering acidity pair well with oily dishes, making this a sake to be enjoyed in a wine glass.
